A small professional staff carries out the daily operations of Utah Dispute Resolution and coordinates a large group of volunteers who provide mediation services. UDR's staff members include: 


Jenaveve Arnoldus, Executive Director

Jenaveve assumed responsibility as the Executive Director for Utah Dispute Resolution in July 2019. She has been an active and loyal UDR volunteer mediator for several years. Her enthusiasm for and commitment to UDR’s mission is a welcome addition to the organization.

Jenaveve comes to UDR with an impressive background in mediation. She completed training through the Harvard Negotiation Institute and is a Utah Court-qualified Master and Divorce Mediator as well as a Utah-qualified Domestic Mediation Mentor. Jenaveve’s mediation experience also includes business, family, landlord/tenant, and probate contexts. She has training in strategies for communication and negotiation in high conflict situations.

Jenaveve graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and is listed on the Utah and California State Bars. She received her domestic mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution and is a graduate of UDR’s Domestic Mediation Mentorship and Practicum Programs.

Jennifer serves as a case manager for UDR's Family, Community, and Court Mediation programs. She believes in the power of education to transform both self and community. She has worked as an English instructor, public school mentor, tutor, and strategic planning coordinator. Jennifer holds BA and MA degrees in European and Russian Studies from Yale University. In 2019, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah.

Leda serves as bilingual Case Manager for UDR’s Family and Community programs. She also oversees administrative functions for UDR’s training efforts.

Leda studied language and computer science at Westminster and LDS Business Colleges. For 16 years, she worked as a customer support supervisor at a major US airline. Leda has also owned and managed a family restaurant in Sandy, Utah.
