To Open a Family Mediation Case
UDR cannot schedule a family mediation until we have received questionnaires from all parties involved in the dispute. When we have received the questionnaires, a UDR Case Manager will contact you with additional questions and to gather availability for scheduling the mediation.
Utah Dispute Resolution (UDR) charges each party in the dispute a one-time, non-refundable $25 administration fee to open a family mediation case. In addition, UDR assesses hourly mediation fees based on one of these client options:
Accept an assigned mediator using UDR’s Reduced Fee Program, or Select a mediator from UDR’s Professional Roster.
