Attorney ResourcesThis page is provided for attorneys who request mediation services through Utah Dispute Resolution. Family MediationTo initiate a family mediation, download and print the following documents. The Intro Letter summarizes UDR's Family Mediation Program and fee structure. To open a mediation case, the parties in dispute must complete and return the Questionnaire, Intake Survey, and Income Survey.When UDR has received these completed documents from both parties in dispute, a case manager will begin scheduling the mediation.Protective OrdersUtah Dispute Resolution requires a modification of protective orders to allow mediation. You will need to provide a copy of the modified protective order to Utah Dispute Resolution before our case managers will schedule the mediation. |
